Two, the type of turret punch mold is divided into:

There are four kinds of thick turret mould, thin turret mould, Germany's TURM mould and Japan's MURATEC mould, and the corresponding CNC punch is shown above.

Three, mold structure classification:

1, thick turret mould: thick tower mould can be divided into: standard structure (85 structure), Wilson90 structure, air blown structure, economic structure and heavy load structure, etc.

2. Thin turret mould: thin turret structure is divided into: gold square and circle standard structure, WILSON80 structure, 90 structure, 5/8 insert structure, etc.

3. Murata mold: Murata mechanism is divided into two categories: Murata 114 structure and Vulcan structure.

VI. Mold Structure Composition:

VII. Mold installation size standard:

Thick tower

1. The standard height of upper die assembly at station A and B is 209.5mm.

2. The standard height of upper die assembly at C station is 209mm.

3. The standard height of upper die combination at station D and E is 211mm.

4, ABCDE all lower die height is 30mm.

Thin tower:

1. The standard height of upper die assembly at station B is 140mm.

2. The standard height of upper die assembly at D station is 141mm.

3. The lower die height of B is 30mm.

4. D lower die height is 22mm.

Mold marking, packaging, transportation and storage

1. Logo and logo:

The marks of die punch, lower die and guide sleeve should be clear and even, and laser marking should be adopted, such as punch -HONIS RO7, lower die -HONIS RO7+0.3, etc.

2. Packaging and transportation:

The mold in the factory and in transit should be anti rust, anti moisture, anti bump treatment.
